Goth Yoga is a 60 minute candle lit all levels vinyasa flow to a gothic playlist. Join us while we do some not-so-sunny sun salutations in this cozy dark space. You can expect to hear the likes of Sisters of Mercy, Joy Divison, Bauhaus, and more. This is a gentle moving class that is beginner friendly, offering modifications to fit individual students needs. Bring your own mat and props!

Trish Sexstella is an E-RYT 200 level yoga instructor with over 10 years experience in her own practice. She believes that yoga can benefit every single person and she loves helping any and everyone along their own personal journey.
