A crash course workshop on the art of developing, embodying and amplifying a drag persona. Throughout the class, you will be led through guided brainstorming activities designed to encourage critical artistic analysis of your drag. You will also learn useful tips for navigating the industry at an entry level. This class is for novice artists or experienced performers looking to reimagine their craft.

About the instructor: Marquis Gaylord is a Cleveland based diabolical drag divo who uses his background in theatre to incorporate visual storytelling and handcrafted props into his performances. He's been happily defiling every stage he's been on since 2022. Marquis is the host of The Odditorium, and alternative drag show at No Class.
